Volleyball: A player from one team serves the ball over the net. If he/she can't make it over another player may help it over. The opposing team tries to hit the ball back over the net. If the ball hits the ground the team that last hit the ball over the net gets the point.

Kickball: One team is kicking first and the other is fielding. After three outs they switch. A pitcher in the outfield rolls the ball to a player from the opposing team. He/she kicks it and tries not to get out by the ball being caught, the runner getting tagged or touching the base with the ball. He/she runs to first and if they feel thay can make it, runs to second, third, or home.  When the runner crosses home it is one run. The team with the most runs win.

Flag Football: One team kicks or throws the ball as far as they can and the other team picks it up and the play stops. The team with the ball tries to run or throw the ball into the touchdown zone. The opposing team tries to pull a flag off of the person with the ball. That is where the ball is down. After a touchdown or four downs without a touchdown the ball goes to the opposing team.
